Toleafoa family

After a long and BUSY week, Sash and I were really looking forward to just laxing out to a movie and finally spending some time together. Oh the thought of not having a thing to worry about or get in the way. But alas, that was not to be.

“.....But Alas, that was not to be.”

It’s almost 9PM and Sash emerges from our bedroom with a cheeky smile. ;)

“Babies asleep now” she whispers towards me, already on the couch.

Finally, “US” time - mummy and daddy time. Ok, hold up!!! Before you start judging me, I will always say that having an 8 month old is an absolute joy, but boy it can be quite the responsibility and they require a lot of time and attention. But so do mummy and daddy from time to time. Always nice to have some grown up TLC :)

She sits down next to me and we embrace and quickly turn to the important task ahead - What to watch? We’ve been through the archives of Netflix like Pros many a time before and inevitably after a couple of minutes of searching (with the occasional distractions of Facebook) we finally resolve, like countless times before, to just try our luck with whatever’s on TV..... Oh goodie, Harry Potter III.just what the doctored ordered. Some mindless TV hehe

Soon we are comfortable on couch together watching Harry round up what’s left of the good in the world of wizards and witches. I feel a my leg vibrate. It’s a message. Almost as if on auto-pilot (I hate to admit
